Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated and shown at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions are applied automatically.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority; these are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect address / lost packages
